This picture pretty much says it all. This is a cockroach that came running down my room door frame at the Marriott Residence Inn. Disgusting. To add some context, I stay at Marriott properties a lot. 200 plus nights a year. I’m an ambassador elite member. Many of my stays are in residence inns. Many properties, like this one, are dated and old and a bit dingy. But this is the first one that I’ve actually had cockroaches in. To make matters worse I don’t think they even cared at the front desk. And by the way, if you want any coffee better get there before 9:15. Despite the fact that breakfast is available till 9:30, I couldn’t get coffee after 9:15 when they decided to stop serving. Naturally, I had no intention of eating anything at this filthy place, because of the infestation, but I would’ve liked a cup of coffee to go. Hard pass.

I had some of my best service thanks to the staff listed: Trudy, Samantha, Seth, and Darryl. They were quick to help me whenever i had a small hiccup. It allowed me to enjoy my vacation without any worries.

The location of this motel is great, center to everything but the staff doesn’t know what she was saying and confused when we made reservations at the desk. The rooms look moldy smell when entered, might be its age and also looks uncleaned or not washed rugs. The place where it is located might be the only reason to choose it. It is close by mall, food, and say not most things you need.

My room was clean and I liked having a full size oven to be able to cook dinners. Room200 is the spot! Right by the stairs and it's on the corner. However my room door did not seal properly so I had to smell other people's burnt food drifting in my door. Not really the hotels fault that other people can't cook but it was a little annoying. It bothered me that the coffee was only out during breakfast hours, I'm accustomed to how most hotels usually keep a pot on. Internet is really tragically slow. Location is good though, it's in between a business campus and an Ikea so it's nice and quiet.

Location was the major factor for staying here. Within 5 minutes, you have access to lot of retailers and restaurants. There's Ikea next door, Costco across the street. Staff were friendly, the rooms can use some remodeling and updates. The inner shower curtain can be replaced as it's been it's days. The TV could also be replaced with more modern system. Parking can be a challenge, as there's limited spaces.

stayed here in march and the pool water was very cold and so was the room the pool was in. we felt the outside winter air. there was no even remotely warm air so getting out of the pool was as cold and unpleasant as being in it. also, the lady at the front desk when we came down said somebody complained about noise in our room the previous night. she said since the one who booked the room is an employee she might get it written on her record if it were to happen again. she was threatening that outcome instead of calling up to our room when she received the complaint to tell us to be quieter. we didn’t even think we were loud. if we had gotten a call of course we would be quieter but instead she just told us when she saw us the next day that my friend’s job was in jeopardy.

Walls super thin! All front desk people had issues with them lazy, unhelpful, attitudes! I stayed here for 6 days! The worst Residence inn! I am a rewards member and always stay at Residence Inn and this is the worse! I called about noise from another room 10:30pm ish and the front desk had attitude as if I bothered them. They don’t deserve a job. They like feee money. They did not help at all! Once I went to get tea, enough space for 4 people to get it but the front desk lady got her coffee making me wait while she took up most the space somehow and she was skinny lol. The closet door is broken, why they dont fix it?! smh This place sucks!

The breakfast selections were finished by 830am several days during my stay.Everything hadto be resplenished .I feel the staff should have done a better job monitoring the food supply and replenishing it sooner.
